Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
We are based in Portugal (EU), so this website is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is authoritative.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Flying Year, Unipessoal, Lda, Rua dos Bombeiros Voluntários, Bloco B, 1º C, 2645-030 Alcabideche, Cascais, Portugal
Email: support@onfuchse.de
2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or where necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), such as ensuring the technical security of our systems.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on our own servers. Every time our website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the accessing system (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser and operating system used). These server log files are processed solely to ensure smooth operation and to improve our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are automatically deleted after a short time.
4. Personal account (customer area)
To download free plugins, you need to create an account. In doing so, we process your email address and a hashed password. Alternatively, you can sign in with Google (see point 6). We also store which plugins are linked to your account so you can download them again. This data is stored on a self-hosted Supabase instance on our own server infrastructure and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is the performance of the usage contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you sign in, we set a cookie to manage your session (a session cookie). This is technically necessary to operate your account and is removed when you sign out or once the session expires.
5. Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the details you provide there — including the contact data you enter — are stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Sending takes place via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as a processor on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries.
6. Sign-in with Google (OAuth)
As an alternative to email registration, you can sign in with your Google account. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). In doing so, Google transmits your email address and, where applicable, your name to us in order to create your account with us or to authenticate you. This takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you grant by selecting “Continue with Google”. Information on data protection at Google can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies, required to operate your account (see point 4). We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics purposes and do not embed any corresponding third-party services. Further details can be found in our cookie notice.
8. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Account data is deleted when you delete your account or upon request via support@onfuchse.de.
9. Your rights
Under the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure of your data held by us (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR), and
- withdraw any consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please feel free to contact us first at support@onfuchse.de.
